Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whole-wheat bread crumbs

  • 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce

  • 1 teaspoons onion powder

  • 1 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoons black pepper

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  • Set oven temperature to 375°F.

  • Pour the bread crumbs into a shallow dish. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper into the shallow dish and mix.

  • In a bowl, place chicken and hot sauce together and mix.

  • Using cooking spray, coat a baking sheet with a light layer.

  • Place a few pieces of chicken at a time into the bread crumb mixture. Shake it a few times to coat the chicken evenly. Using one hand, place the chicken onto the baking sheet. Repeat until all the chicken has been coated.

  • Bake the chicken for 10 minutes, Turn over the chicken pieces and bake for another 8 minutes or until cooked.
