Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered

  • 1/2 cup uncooked old fashioned oats

  • 4 teaspoons sugar, divided

  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons light butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup light whipped cream

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 375°F. Place the blueberries and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a small bowl, set aside. Place the strawberries and 2 teaspoons of sugar in another bowl, set aside.

  • Add the oats, butter, and brown sugar to a third bowl and mix together. Place the mixture in a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • In glass serving bowls, place alternating layers of blueberries and strawberries, add a layer of oats and whipped cream as desired.
