Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, washed and sliced

  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Arrange the zucchini slices on the bottom of a pie pan. Add the diced tomatoes on top.
