Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup skim milk

  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt

Directions

  • Cook the strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Crush the strawberries and remove from heat. Set aside and cool for 10 minutes
