Ingredients

  • Brownies:

    • 1 cup walnuts

    • 1 cup dates

    • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • Icing:

    • 2 avocados

    • 1/2 cup agave nectar

    • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

    • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

    • Dash of salt

    • Dash of cinnamon

Directions

  • Mix all brownie ingredients in a food processor and blend until they are chunky and dry. Press the blend into a small pan.

  • Peel and pit the avocados. Blend all icing ingredients in a blender on high until they reach a smooth consistency.

  • Spread the icing on top of the brownies and place in the freezer. Freeze for 1 hour. Cut the brownies into 12 servings.
