Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups sugar

  • 2/3 cup fat-free evaporated milk

  • 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine

  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped

  • 14 large marshmallows

Directions

  • Using cooking spray, grease an 8" x 8" pan.

  • In a sauce pan, mix together the evaporated milk, sugar, and margarine and bring to a boil.

  • Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 3 minutes while stirring constantly.

  • Mix in the marshmallows and chocolate.

  • Remove the sauce pan from heat and stir the ingredients until smooth.

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
