Do not waste your time and money with this doctor. He is brusque, rude, and insensitive. He makes inappropriate comments about race and ethnicity.

I went through a round of testing with HRC. They never called with test results. On the day of my last test, I waited for Potter for an hour, only for him to tell me (while I was in stirrups) that my previous test results indicated low ovarian reserve and that there was no point in doing the test I had scheduled for that day. Why wouldn't he have called or scheduled a consultation to give me this news? Why did I still have to pay my copay for that visit?

The next RE I saw recommended moving forward with treatment despite Potter's prognosis that at 36 my only option was donor eggs.

Save yourself the hassle, headache and heartache of dealing with this impersonal, unprofessional doctor.

They are one of the most reliable doctors I've ever been to. Not only have they never canceled any of my appointments, they always call me to remind me the day before. The office was easy enough to find. I couldn't believe that they were over an hour late for my appointment. Obviously they don't care about my schedule at all.
