Dr. Entin and his staff are very welcoming and experienced in dealing with a variety a issues. Dr. Entin will has called me when I have had an emergency even when he is overbooked that day. He is knowledgable regarding pain control. He is pragmatic in his approach and treats his pt's with respect. I have been seeing him for over 10 years.

Avoid this practice at all costs.

Practitioners at this office will refer a patient to other practitioners within the office without advising the patient of different, much higher rates. I had arrived for an appointment with my new practitioner and when I was advised of the rate, almost twice that of my current practitioner, I made a request to cancel the appointment. I was told I could not and would have to pay the fee.

When it came time for my anti-depressant medications to be refilled at the pharmacy, the refill request was denied. I called the office to notify them of the problem and was told that I had an unpaid balance and they would not approve the refills until the balance was paid. I was never notified of this action or outcome for the appointment I cancelled and did not attend. Now, the office will not let me see my original practitioner nor refill my anti-depressant prescriptions until I pay the fee for an appointment that was never conducted.

Here is the definition of extortion: Extortion is a criminal offense of obtaining money, property, or services from a person, entity, or institution, through coercion.

This office will not provide me needed medical attention or medication until I pay them for an appointment never conducted. They say 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment, however, I was never notified nor informed that the fee for this appointment was double that of my other practitioner within the same office. I have requested a courtesy waiving of the fee since I was not informed of the different rate, however, they refuse to waive the fee because I did not provide 24 hours’ notice, which was because I did not know of the difference in fee until I arrived for the appointment.

This office is very, very bad. It is ironic that the very office for which I am a patient receiving help for anxiety, frustration and depression is exacerbating the problem to the point of desperation and hopelessness.

If there are any attorneys that can help, please provide your name and phone number. I'll surely give you a call.
