All of the stars I've given are for Dr. Lanes. He's a top notch doctor but he has the rudest staff I've ever encountered. You're always wrong and if the doctor accidentally spends ONE minute extra with you the office staff stops you on the way out for more money. And if you miss an appointment expect to pay for it, in full, no matter the circumstances. IMO if I died without canceling or on the way, the office staff would go after my estate for the money. I've also learned the price for arguing with the horrible people who run the office...expect your folder to go to the bottom and to wait an hour or more and watch everyone who arrives after you to get called in first.

The doctor is GREAT, I have gone to many he is the best in his class and very brilliant and caring.

The staff is another story, rude, and closed for 2 hours a day. if you need to speak to the doctor you will never get to unless you make an appt.
