They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If need by in the future I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience. Dr Anderson, was very friendly and has a great bed-side manner. He has always taken his time to explain any and all procedures. He has operated and attended to my husband many times from a defected kidney and finally had to remove the kidney after much consideration. Dr Anderson was very considerate of my husbands request of confidentiality and was always treated with respect and he kept me informed before, during, and after surgery. His Assistant, Mr Bean (always Dr Bean, to us) was as well caring and eager to help and answer any and all questions. We always knew that we were in great-hands with either of these gentleman. I would recommend anyone who is seeking an urologist to see Dr Anderson because I believe you will get the well-cared attention my husband, as the patient, and I, as a spouse received. Thank you for your love and care!

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. It was great that I didn't have to reschedule the rest of the day for my appointment. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. However, I had to see a "student dr." for all visits, up until the very last visit, when the real dr. walked in. When he stated who he was, I realized I was seeing a student the entire time, but yet paying the same rate! The financial staff are awful and hateful!
