They don't have enough staff members, and have not been able to help me so far. It seemed like one person, working alone, was trying to do everything, A CT scan has been ordered for me by Dr. Mancini. The hospital called me the next day to schedule, but could not because the proper information from my insurance was lacking. I have very, very good medical coverage, but the office staff has been unable to get the proper information to the hospital, even after several days, so I am unable to schedule the scan. Calling the office, I was told the person "works alone and is too busy". In the meantime, I'm suffering from a possible kidney condition that is causing real problems with cardiac arrythmias and hypokalemia. After 2 visits, 24 hour urine testing, and several weeks, no one there still has any idea why, and I still can't get my scan scheduled!!! Sorry, but no, I do not think I would choose this practice again, if I had not already started with them.
