Dr Ungerer has been in practice for many years . He is a wonderful therapist. He see's clients the earliest at 10:15 am. I am writing in response to the person who said they had a 8 am appt. and he wasn't here. Why would he be? He doesn't see anyone at 8 am. He starts at 10 am and works into the night as late as 10 pm. That is why he starts later,. that review was inaccurate. they got their times wrong not him. If they were a long time patient they would know this. They should have been grateful for the time he does put in. I know because I have been going for years myself and he's helped me immensely.

It comes as quite an honor for me to highly recommend Doctor Roland Ungerer. He personally mentored me through a very trying professional experience that involved a dramatic clash I had while working as a Clinician at the South Shore Mental Health Center in Quincy Ma. back in 1983-84. His gentle voice and calm disposition dovetailed wonderfully with his empathic and strategic intervention. Never did I feel that he saw me as inadequate or strange in any way. Just the opposite, Dr. Ungerer spent a lot of time with me developing a friendship that helped me to remain focused on the profession of Social Work that I love to this day. If I ever needed a great psychiatrist I would never ever hesitate to return to him for his helpful caring innovative holistic guidance. Sincerely, Tom Nosal , Smith College Graduate School for Social Work '83
