Nikkita Gerak
I first became interested in podiatry while growing up and participating in sports such as soccer, cross-country, and martial arts. Through my own experiences with foot and ankle injuries, I was introduced to podiatry and saw firsthand the impact it can have on patients of all ages and activity levels. These experiences gave me a unique perspective on both the physical and personal challenges that foot-related conditions can create. From an early age, I knew I wanted a career centered around helping others, and I was naturally drawn to podiatry because of the meaningful difference it can make in patients’ lives. I value that medicine is a collaborative effort between the patient, the doctor, and evidence-based medicine. I enjoy working alongside my patients to create comprehensive care plans that improve their quality of life. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dogs. We enjoy hiking and exploring nature, as well as spending time at the beach or on the lake. I also enjoy baking and eating all kinds of sweet treats.Services
