I became a registered dietitian because I believe nutrition has the power to transform health and improve quality of life. Through a compassionate, individualized approach, I enjoy helping patients translate nutrition science into realistic, sustainable habits that fit their everyday lives. My clinical interests include preventive nutrition, diabetes and prediabetes, cardiovascular health, and weight management.
