I am a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) specializing in orthopedics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. As a dedicated and highly skilled physical therapist, I am committed to promoting overall health, fitness, and quality of life through exceptional patient care. With a background as a USAT Certified Triathlon Coach, I have worked with athletes ranging from beginners to Ironman competitors, emphasizing injury prevention and smart training.

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Baylor University and completed a Residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy at Regis University. Additionally, I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Smith College.

When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, skiing in the winter, and running and biking the mountain trails throughout the year.
