I graduated from Rocky Mountain University in December 2021 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a competitive distance runner and powerlifter myself, I enjoy working with endurance athletes and weightlifters, as well as other patients.
I strive to treat my patients’ injuries and pain based on the level of tissue irritability to improve their function without associating pain with exercise. With a background as a pharmacy technician and trained EMT, I bring a unique perspective to the medical field. I enjoy working with patients to reduce their symptoms and educate them so they can get back to the activities they enjoy.
Along with endurance and 70.3 Ironman racing, I enjoy CrossFit, skiing, forging, and metalwork.
