Marvin Braun, MD, is a pediatric neurologist who specializes in epilepsy and the treatment of intractable epilepsy with devices, surgery, diet and therapeutics. Dr Braun earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Calgary. He completed his residency in pediatric neurology at the University of Calgary Alberta Children's Hospital. He then completed a fellowship in neurophysiology and epilepsy at Weill Cornell in New York City and a second fellowship in epilepsy and epilepsy surgery at the Alberta Children's Hospital. Before becoming a doctor, Dr Braun worked in academic research. He also worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Ottawa and the Hotchkiss Brain Institute at the University of Calgary.
