Marcus Riedhammer, MD

Marcus Riedhammer, MD, is director of Wound Care for the Geisinger Musculoskeletal Institute. In 2009, he came to Geisinger to develop a new wound care program, which is now recognized as a regional center of excellence. Dr Riedhammer attended medical school at the University of South Florida, where he also completed a residency in family medicine and served as chief resident. Prior to dedicating his full-time practice to wound care, he practiced family medicine and emergency medicine, serving as medical director of Lock Haven Hospital's Emergency Department. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Wound Management.
