Dr Kyle Maxwell is a pediatrician who believes that caring for kids is equal parts science, heart, and a good sense of humor. He brings a calm, thoughtful presence to Erlanger Bledsoe's youngest patients—along with an uncanny ability to tell whether a toddler's tears are about a sore throat or the injustice of naptime. Dr Maxwell was born and raised in the Chattanooga area, earned his medical degree at Marshall University in Huntington, WV, and completed his Pediatric residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Children's Hospital of Richmond in Richmond, VA, in 2023. There, he honed his skills in everything from newborn care to adolescent medicine, learning to decipher baby cries and teenage eye-rolls with equal fluency.
