Faisal Chaudhry
Dr. Faisal A. Chaudhry is double board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with a subspecialty in Pain Medicine. He specializes in comprehensive pain management with a particular interest in neuromodulation for advanced pain conditions. Treatment options include spinal-based injections, radiofrequency ablations, the Intracept procedure, and spinal cord stimulation. Throughout his career, Dr. Chaudhry has lectured nationally on pain management topics including complex regional pain and inpatient pain assessments. He is part of FOI's Spine & Pain program at North Tampa and also sees patients at Citrus Park. Dr. Chaudhry is currently a physician at Florida Orthopaedic Institute.
