St Catherine Hospital in Garden City since Centura took over is a glorified butcher shop. Short staffed and staff they have unfriendly.

Before Centura took over Administration was accessible. If you had issues they had phone numbers and emails listed for administrators. Since Centura took over all calls are now screened by a “gatekeeper” who requires you to disclose the personal nature of your calls before putting call through.

My family has had several hospitalizations there with unpleasant results. Now travel to Wichita anywhere the hospital is not Centura associated.
