He earned his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Missouri, where he also completed his residency. Dr. Calvert completed fellowships in joint reconstruction at the Wellington School of Medicine, New Zealand, and was a sarcoma advanced research and clinical fellow at the University of Utah Huntsman Cancer Institute, Salt Lake City.

George T. Calvert, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in surgical treatment of soft tissue and bone tumors, percutaneous bone tumor management, limb salvage orthopedic surgery, as well as minimally invasive techniques.
