Dr. Jack Waxman's rheumatology practice provides diagnostics, treatment and management of a full spectrum of rheumatologic health conditions. Jack Waxman, MD, proudly shares his expertise, special interest and experience in the following areas: treatment of arthritic diseases, vasculitis, connective tissue diseases, osteoporosis, bone density scanning and infusion therapy.

Message from Dr. Waxman:

I will be ending my practice with Northern California Medical Associates on April 30, 2021. After this date, we will continue to serve our patients at our current location in Santa Rosa.
