Jeremy Pantin

Dr. Jeremy Pantin received his medical degree from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago. He completed his internal medicine residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, and fellowships in Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Blood and Marrow Transplantation at the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

At completion of his training, Dr. Pantin continued as Staff Clinician at the NHLBI before moving to Augusta University at the Medical College of Georgia (MCG) in Augusta, GA. At MCG, Dr. Pantin introduced haploidentical and cord blood allogeneic transplantation, and started the program for allogeneic transplantation for sickle cell disease. Dr. Pantin also served as the Interim Medical Director of the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program at MCG and successfully led the program to continued FACT reaccreditation. Additionally, Dr. Pantin was the Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship Program director and served on the Georgia Cancer Center?s Institutional Review Board.

Dr. Pantin is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation.
