Amy is the front desk receptionist and was very helpful setting up appointments for myself, my husband and my brother-in-law. We only had to wait a few days to see Jennifer Mertiff, APRN. Upon arrival in the office Jennifer Mertiff came out of her office to greet us, was very professional, kind and considerate to us. She looked at our medications and said we would discuss those after we had blood work done. She took our histories, was attentive and caring. She made us feel very comfortable and addressed all our issues. What more could you ask for?? Look forward to our next visit!
