My son, my mother and I had a pleasant experience for more than three years there, but currently we are very upset . We are Latin people and my mom do not speak English, when she asks ( by phone) for help in Spanish, the call is put on hold and usually she can waste her time. Several time she went to her appointment and was waiting more than a hour without be call.Today (august 21-2019) we were in hold more than 25 minutes waiting for the Dr. assistant and for the lab nurse and never came .
Los doctores y sus assistentes brindan muy buena atencion. pero la atencion del personal de la recepcion no es buena. Han dejado a mi madre anciana esperando en sus citas medicas sin llamarla. Me han informaciones erroneas y cuando he pedido asitencia en Espanol me han dejado varias veces en espera hasta que se cae la llamada. Si no quieren brindar asistencia a personas hispano hablantes,deben informarlo . Ya mi Hijo se fue a otro centro medico pero mi madre no quiere dejar a su dr Cassanego, ni a sus asistentes ni a sus enfermeras del laboratorio.Es muy triste que este bajando la calidad de la atencion en este centro.Aspiro a que mejore la atencion a las personas hispanohablantes.
