Dr. Millen received her medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Case Western Reserve University, MacDonald Women’s Hospital, in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed her fellowship in maternal fetal medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, in Columbus, Ohio.Dr. Millen has used her medical expertise to give back to the community.
