I visited July ordered my contacts when they came in two weeks later they ordered the incorrect one for my left eye I have called them back told them it was the incorrect one and they argued with me I asked for the supervisor and low and behold it comes to their attention they did order the wrong one considering I think I know if I can see Out of it or not. I got a spare just one from them to my correct order came in it is now been a month and they are still not here I have called them left messages with no return calls I had to keep calling until I got someone to answer first they couldn’t find the order then they tell me oh direct shipped it to your house well two weeks Later I’m still waiting I asked for another loaner till mine came in and they wouldn’t give me one and they wouldn’t call around to find me one so I’m still waiting and now the 5th week with the same one unable to change it. I will not buy from there again!!
