Very unhappy about my recent visit which I was billed for over $200!It was booked Months in advance as a preventive care /annual check up with zero deductible per my insurance card.
They charged my insurance company as if it was office visit and my insurance doesn’t cover it . It was billed incorrectly and office manager straight up lies saying I knew it was not an annual check-up even though I have a screen shot of the appointment booked being an annual check-up.They refuse to fix it, my insurance doesn’t pay and I sure will not pay for anything I didn’t request.
They did exactly the same thing with my wife and we are both very unhappy about it.
First time patients referred to doctor by family members who are also patients for years and they are shocked about how we were treated.We will not be back next year for annual check up and my family will also leave these crooks.
Do not use this office, they will rip you off, total fraud,be warned.
