Dr. Silverman was great when I needed neck surgery. He was very informative and never rushed once. He did a total thyroidectomy and neck dissection needed for thyroid cancer which had spread from my thyroid gland, lymph nodes, and into my voice nerves. He removed all the cancer and a voice nerve. Then grafted a nerve to save my voice. He is excellent and I highly recommend him.
