We've had an appointment for 6 weeks my husband is having severe headaches, we've been to the ER twice. I called yesterday and they said he had a cancellation for today at 11:00, so my husband used a vacation day and we drove and hour to get there and they had a scheduling mix up and refused to see us. The kicker to this story is they sent us a new patient information packet that said our appointment was August 16 and if we would have went the day we were scheduled the Same thing would have happened, they had us scheduled for August 26! Someone needs fired. I have not met Dr Barfield and I never will BUT I cannot imagine the kind of man he is that he would not see us and my husband is in so much pain. We get in to see a reputable neurologist August 18, I just pray my husband makes it till then.
