Dr. Rupen Baxi, MD received his fellowship training in minimally invasive GYN surgery at Mohawk Valley Health System, an American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) fellowship program. He completed an internship in General surgery at the Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati followed by residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and Health System where he was awarded the Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Surgery Award, sponsored by the AAGL. He also the recipient of the prestigious Arnold P. Gold Foundation “Teaching and Humanism in Medicine” Award. Rupen Baxi MD has also served as a member of the surgical case review committee while at the Mohawk Valley Health System.

Dr. Rupen Baxi and his office staff are amazing they are courteous, compassionate providers. I have never received such genuine bedside manner. He take his time to explain everything in detail he gives you options and wants the best care for his patients this type of characteristics can not be faked in a doctor I work in healthcare so trust me I know I would recommend Dr. Baxi by far and his staff are the best GYN office in the greenbelt area you will not be disappointed in the care

I am glad i found Dr. Baxi he answered all my questions he made me feel very comfortable. He knew right away as i was explaining what i am going through with the horrible pain and the heavy bleeding. It was so surprising that a GYN actually knows the pain that i was feeling. He is a wonderful doctor !! Very patient.
