Our full time Registered Nurse is available day or night to meet the needs of each resident. We also coordinate care with other care providers including hospice. Short term respite and transitional stays are offered as well as a home visit program. Our staff will assist residents as needed with eating, bathing, dressing, managing medication and other care needs.
At Moorehead Place, you can always find a friendly face by visiting our comfortable lounges, bustling activity room, restaurant style dining room and relaxing beauty salon. We are pet friendly so you can also meet a purring or tail wagging friend. Our private courtyard is a popular place for residents to gather and socialize as well as enjoy bird watching and gardening.

Moorehead Place is located on the west edge of the small town of Indiana, PA. We are two miles east of White Woods Nature Center and about a mile north of Indiana Mall.
