I had ankle surgery 3/28/23. McRorie had me bedridden for 2 weeks with a splint and 4 weeks with a cast. Then kneewalker & boot for another 4 weeks with PT. Old school IDIOT. Went to Dr. Gideon Lewis who has patients walking in sneakers after 2 weeks. So upset about the torture I went through. Would not recommend my dog to him!!! A big fail of a doctor. Get with the times Dr. McCorie!! 10 weeks of my life I can never get back. Think his approach is to keep bringing you back for more dang surgeries. Stay very very far away from this doc - using doctor this loosely. I cried at the new doctors office on how bad my treatment was. Add on his front office staff are not nice. McCorie’s MA Sarah is the BEST!

I have known Dr. D. McRorie for over 10 yrs. and still see him to date. He has to be one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. His thoroughness, professionalism and concern is of upmost quality one can only get from a doctor who takes each and one of his patients and treats them with dignity. Following up as needed and never hesitating to answer each and every question as minor as it may be nor rushing you out of any appointments. Appointments are given on a days notice if you need to see him urgently. Always greeting his patients with a smile. As for his staff they too all work in such a courteous, friendly manner.
