Panta (who says she is the owner) Arrogant, rude, curt, not the least bit helpful. Doesn't return calls and her answer, "I didn't receive a message". Sounds like a personnel problem. She behaved poorly even with the doctors office on the phone.

The owner can handle her business as she pleases. Apparently she has risen to a level of incompetence and is pleased to stay there by blaming everyone else for her own faults and incompetance.

I suggest choosing another company.
