There is no individualized plan of care here. The staff is constantly engaged in conversation and loud laughter with one another. The non stop banter is endless, so much so that as you are attempting to count your own reps you lose track due to the distraction. The lack of professionalism is astounding.
While I am in support of a comfortable atmosphere for clients, this place has an utter disregard for respect of clients. This was a waste of my time and money and I am profoundly saddened by the lack of service and oh give me your money atmosphere.
Focus on your patients and not where you had dinner last night and where you are going next weekend for all to her. We are in pain and seeking your assistance not your buddy who wants to hear your life story. It is your job to pay attention to your clients.
This sort of casualness starts from the top and trickles down to all the staff.
