I help people of all ages and life stages find solutions to their psychological, behavioral and emotional challenges, or seeking to make positive changes in their life. With over 20 years experience in the counseling profession, I have the experience and skills to assist people who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, self esteem issues, poor impulse control, adjustment struggles, grief & loss, addictions, obsessive/compulsive issues, and communication challenges. I offer support to help people heal and recover from trauma, the effects of substance use, dysfunctional or self destructive patterns & behaviors, broken relationships & divorce, including support for children of divorce, I enjoy working with couples and families to improve their relationships, helping parents learn & use effective parenting strategies and helping children to improve academic & social functioning. I believe in a holistic approach treating mind, body & spirit using traditional and non-traditional therapies when working with clients. I welcome clients of all ages (3 and up), genders, sexual orientation and religious backgrounds.
