I have been a client of ProStar Massage for some time now. A good friend of mine had initially insisted I stop wasting away my money on these mainstream commercialized massage spas, and give Prostar Massage a try, as they specialize in custom needs and likes of healing. And so I did. And when I say I received nothing less than that, I mean it. I realized then, what massage therapy was really about, incomparable to the rest. I hadn't known the importance of detail in technique and care involving a massage. I admit, I am a very picky person, and with that said, Prostar Massage has been able to hit all the right spots with care, and knowledge, depth yet ease, to my liking. Within a matter of a few days after each session, I received follow up phone calls from the owner himself to see how I was feeling! That, to me is care. The only mistake I made was not coming here sooner!

I wish they had been able to customize the massage for my injury. They tried to work around it a little, but not enough. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I loved that they played nice, relaxing music in the background during my massage. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
