They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They're able to answer most of my questions. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments.

The actual chiropractic services here are good. However, they have some shady under-the-table practices. They used to be an in-network provider on my insurance but when my employer changed insurance companies, they were no longer covered. They told me they really valued all the business because a lot of the people in my company go there. That being said, they made an under-the-table deal with me, and everyone else from the company I work for, that we would pay a flat fee of $15, due on arrival. legally binding verbal contract? I think so, since we shook hands on the deal. Anyway, I always paid the fee, but now I only work part time and go to school and can't afford to go anymore. Now I am getting bills saying I owe them $150. There was never anything said about $150 being held over my head if i stopped going...... Pretty messed up if you ask me
