Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
