I am a disabled individual with herniated discs, back muscle spasms, and neck whiplash. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that Michael Bowen took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. When comparing Michael to others in the chiropractic field, I would say he is by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. During my adjustments, he completely ignored the area where I was experiencing pain, which is the whole reason I went there. He sold me on Shoe Soles that was never provided and also tried to sell me on a bunch of other stuff that had nothing to do with my condition. I was pretty surprised with how far away Michael Bowen was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. His new address is not even posted on his website; his website still asks you to go to his old address! He probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. 98% of his patients are from his church, but my fear he is mal-diagnosing and inproperly adjusting his elderly patients just as he did to me. I can't afford to take him to small claims on $50 Shoe Soles that were never provided to me. Also, my 30th pre-puchased session was never provided to me.
