The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
