The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Michael Key, D.C.. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. This chiropractor seriously misdiagnosed my condition. They totally didn't know what they were doing, which is why I never returned. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
