He is a nice man and is friendly, but unfortunately Dr Braswell's back adjustment left me in more pain than when I went in. I laid in bed the whole night with a pronounced ache. However, this only happened once, even though he adjusted me a few times and I cannot prove the adjustment caused my pain. I have not experienced the pain like that before nor had this happen with other providers. I decided to see a different chiropractor. He was nice and let me take my xrays with me, but he made a remark insinuating that I had a spinal stenosis much worse than he had previously described. He never portrayed it as so severe until I was literally leaving the clinic. I feel like he was angry and attempting to make me worried about my health since I was no longer using his service. The next provider I saw said his claims could only be substantiated by an MRI exam.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
