Well...Dr. Jacobs is extremely competent, empathetic, thorough and responsive...and, of course warm and charming, as is her staff, Her course of adjustments and treatments definitely relieved much of my pain [from a very complex spinal condition]...not totally...but substantially. [I will be back--no pun intended--after I see a Pain Management doctor...] I would strongly recommend her services. P.S., I noticed one negative review here...and concluded this reviewer must be from a different galaxy if she describes the office folks as rude...etc. OY!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
