Dr. Coffey does not provide the typical 3 minute adjustment and then you're out the door. He spends time with you--20 minutes on average, and does a lot more than just an adjustment or two. He also gives you specific exercises to do that will help with your issues--and you can work out in his office.

Dr. Coffey has a gentle but effective technique that I have not found in any other chiropractor--and I've been to 4 others. He also knows that an adjustment can only be effective if the rest of the body is working effectively--therefore, he has you do very effective core exercises right in his office that make a huge difference.
