Ellen chose this school because of its strong emphasis on medical/physical therapy style of massage, and graduated with certification in "Swedish Medical Gymnastics". Her studies were anatomy and physiology, pathology of disease, Swedish massage, Shiatsu, and Counterstrain.
Since her graduation, she has studied many other styles of bodywork, including myofascial work, Zero Balancing, Trigger Point, Polarity, Acupressure and Reiki. Ellen Strempel-Preston pulls from her base of studies to offer a comprehensive massage, based on Swedish style of massage, that not only relaxes the body and mind, but offers the opportunity for your body to move towards better balance of energies to help you move through this busy world we live in.

Climb the outside steps at the far end of building, to our foyer, then up the inside steps to the Waiting Room. Down hall to 203, if the door is open come in!!
