Originally Amanda's massage education was at the Boyer School-Natural Therapy. she then went on to train in Swedish massage helps to improve the function of your lymph system by relaxing your muscles. The lymph system works to move nutrient-filled fluids and waste around your body. The fluid is moved only through voluntary movements from the muscles.
Amanda also specializes in deep connective tissue therapy to enhance the bodies natural support system & Sports massage to improve strength and flexibility. Traditional Chinese Medicine and is becoming a favorite of body work enthusiasts through out the world.
