DO NOT visit this place if you have children! The Doctor himself was nice, but the staff made myself and more importantly my children very uncomfortable. Staff is very intrusive, condescending, and pushy. Not a fun visit. To be completely honest I've never felt... Dirty.. after an ophthalmologist appointment. Do yourself a favor- I hate walmart but at least the Doctor there is child friendly and the staff provides excellent customer service. There's a Wal-Mart Vision Center less than a half mile away- go there. Rouse Eye Care center is a monstrosity that should be ran out of our wonderful, family oriented community. Terribly disappointed.

The doctor needs to invest in customer service for employees. Treating all people regardless if they were prior patients or existing, everyone should be treated with respect and kindness. Charging for sharing exam notes with another Dr is rediculous. Making excuses like,"I'm the only one here" or "I will get to it when I can" is inexcusable. Customer service should be #1 to retain customers and grow them.
