They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Dr. Montgomery did not listen to my questons. She was rushed and unpleasant. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
